Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
bankruptcy federal exemption ohio
i have paid for lawyer already. but i am getting veterans disabiltiy a month. but i am getting alump sum of about 90,000.00 from an apeeal for increasing my disabiltiies from 2004. is all that exempted with using the federal exemption along with the state exemptions

Although I do not believe that the federal exemptions are available for Ohio residents, the statee xemptions allwo you to exempt that entire amount as well.
