Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Bankruptcy
If I file a grievance against my lawyer, does that mean that my attorney/client priveleges are revoked and my bankruptcy cannot be reopened/refiled? I live in PA and my attorney is in OH.

Re: Bankruptcy
You are generally better off talking with your attorney about problems than filing any type of grievance. Especially if it involves a bankruptcy that was dismissed. Since the bankruptcy law changed cases are getting dismissed so frequently that it is becoming almost routine. Unfortunately, the courts and clerk's offices have streamlined the dismissal procedure to the extent that we attorneys frequently don't even know why a case is dismissed.
