Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Bankruptcy
I am filing bankruptcy. I have a home, second mortgage and car that I have been paying half on. I do not live in the home or drive the car. I do not want the home or the car, but the other party refuses to sell or refinance. I can not afford to keep paying half and support myself. Can I add these items to my bankruptcy if I'm a co-borrower?

Re: Bankruptcy
You HAVE to add this to your bankruptcy. It must list all of your debts - you cannot choose which creditors to include.
