Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Bankruptcy or foreclosure?
I have filed for chapt. 7 and am now considering adding my home to the bankruptcy. I am current on payments. How long do I have before I must leave the home?

Re: Bankruptcy or foreclosure?
If you are current in your payments, you may not have to leave if you can continue to keep current. You will need to do a "reaffirmation" of the debt and then keep paying. if you do that, you can keep the house.
