Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Bankruptcy/discharge judgement
Our bankruptcy was discharged two years this march. My wife has a judgement pending on her credit report from two credit card companies. These accounts were filed in our chapter 7 bankruptcy and show up as included in bankruptcy on her credit report; however the judgement still states pending. How do we get these judgements released

Re: Bankruptcy/discharge judgement
The bankruptcy releases/discharges those judgments by operation of law. The credit bureau is not required to note that fact.
