Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Bankruptcy/divorce
My ex-husband and I were divorced a few years back. During this time the court had ordered him to pay his share of the bills. He has since then gone bankrupt and the creditors are
going after me. I have already paed my part.
What rights do I have if any?

Re: Bankruptcy/divorce
You may have rights to object to the discharge with respect to the debts that were ordered to be paid via the divorce. If the discharge has already been granted it may be to late. Your other option may be contempt but most judges wont take any action if your ex has been discharged.
