Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
my boyfriend found out yesterday his bank account was frozen by a creditor. they took 2200.00 and overdrew the account 350.00. should he clear up the overdraft fees and what happens next. his paycheck is direct deposit into that account will they take next months check also?

He should talk to a bankruptcy attorney if he wants to stop any further garnishments.
