Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
ch7 questions
How do cash advance loans, or checking account overdraft fees work in a ch7 bankruptcy? How should they be handled? Also, we recently got out of our lease and will owe our landlord $, can we include that in our bankruptcy?

Re: ch7 questions
Cash advance loans, overdraft fees, and money owed to landlords are generally considered unsecured debts, and may be included in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. Don't forget to go through a court approved credit counseling agency prior to making your filing.
