Does chapter 7 bankruptcy take care of a judgement block against your drivers license?

A chapter 7 will discharge amounts owed for BMV reinstatement fees as well as monetary judgments as long as the debts weren't incurred for an intentional tort or if there were injuries resulting from an auto accident where the driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
