Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
My chapter 7 bankruptcy was discharged Dec. 28, 2009. I reaffirmed on one property but find myself struggling with this decision. Is it too late to change my mind because my bankruptcy has already been discharged?

This is why I try and avoid signing reaffirmation agreements. You can cancel the reaffirmation agreement within 60 days after it is filed with the court. You can also cancel at any time before your discharge order.
