Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
chapter 7
i filed a chapter 7 in 2001, it was finel in 2002. we are strugling to make ends meet. we have a home now after 35 years of marrige, i do not want to lose it. but i feel that we will if we do not get help. how long do we have to wait to beable to file again? --name removed--

You would need to wait eight years to file again in order to receive a discharge of your debts. You could file a Chapter 13 without waiting the eight years if you could repay some or all of what you owe.
