Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
What should I do?
I have a credit card debt that I'm getting ready to be taken to court over.. I have 27 days to contact there attorney which I did and both times they lost my information.. They want 2000 dollars down and 500 a month.. I'm a stay at home mom no way can I pay this so I said I pay 300 down and 100 month I guess they arent going to accept this I havent heard anything.. I have nothing in my name other than a 200 dollar car.. Should I file for bankrupcy or what should I do? Thank you for all your help

Bankruptcy is the best way to stop the pending litigation, even though it's the only debt you're concerned about. Call ir e-mail me, and we can get started.
