I Declared Chapter 11 Bankrupty Last Year.The Ex-Wife Wants To Raise My Child Support,Can She Do This .

Child Support is a Domestic Support Obligation and not effected by a bankruptcy filing. If she can successfully show why her support should be raised from the amount previously ordered, she can get an increase in support.
