Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
I divorced in 2005 and My ex wife filed bankruptcy and i think she had court date last week . I bought some furniture from store in 2009 and when i goto online to make a payment , i saw that my account closed .(We had account opened in 2002 from that furniture store and it was closed back than.) Which I owe almost 1200 dollars now. What is going to happen ?

Sounds like the lender doesn't know you are divorced. The bankruptcy should not affect you unless your ex is a co-debtor on the account.
