fiancee and bankruptcy
i am engaged but have been facing bankruptcy for about a year concernuign real estate matters. can we wed without her being liable in ohio?
currently no affilaiation with financial situation.

Yes, you can marry her, although she will acquire a dower interest. That is generally not involved with bankruptcy, but depends on the situation.
