Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
If you file for Chapter 7 bankrupcy and included in it is a company that you purshased an item on time and haven't finished paying for the item, what happens to the item?The item is a TV. Bought at a retail TV , electronics and appliance chain store

The answer to your question depends on whether the creditor has a valid security interest in the TV. An attorney would have to look at the document you signed when you purchased the item.
