Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
I filed bankruptcy 2 years ago Chapter 7 and did not reaffirm on my home. The house is now in foreclosure, am I responsible for the property taxes?

The Bankruptcy Code prohibits the discharge of property tax debts incurred before the filing of a bankruptcy case and last payable without penalty within one year before filing.
