Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and am currently in an automatic stay, the car I got from a buy here pay here lot is currently 6 weeks overdue, I informed the cat lot that Iam in this automatic stay and that they can contact my attorney, instead they repossessed my car. Is that legal in the state of Ohio if Iam currently in the automatic stay?
