Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio

We filed chapter 7 Bankruptcy and it was discharged on 3/08/05. When can we file chapter 7 again. I have we can file again 4/12, is this correct.

If you obtained a discharge in a chapter 7 case, you must wait 8 years to file another 7. Measured from filing date to filing date. It does not matter what date the discharge was issued.
