Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
We filed chapter 7 bankruptcy 1 year ago and it was discharged. A reaffirmation was never signed. We are current on all payments on our first and second mortgage. Our second mortgage we owe 30,000.00 100,000.00 on our first. If we stop paying on our second mortgage legally can they make us move from our property or do they have to deal with our primary mortgage company? They are threatening me and call me at work 5-6 times a day at work because I told them we could no longer make payments to them due to my husband just loosing his job..
