Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
i am filing bank rup i have a car worth 2000 i have my sons truck in my name worth 1500 i have a camper i paid 3000 for and a junk camper worth 200 maybe should i keep my sons truck in my name and my camper or put them in my sons name and or mt girl friends name

If you have loans that exceed the value of the vehicles, you can probably leave everything as is since there will be nothing for a trustee to pursue. Otherwise, you'll be able to protect $3,450 in equity in one vehicle and what happens to the rest of the vehicles depends on what Chapter you file under.
