Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Filing bankruptcy for the second time.
My last bankruptcy was dischared July of 1997. I know the wait for filing bankruptcy again is six years. This year is my sixth year. When is the earliest I can file this year?

Re: Filing bankruptcy for the second time.
You would not be eligible to file another Chapter 7 until after the day in July you originally filed you Chapter 7 in 1997.
