I'm unclear as to what you mean by a debt "issued by the court". A debt that results from a civil court judgment is usually dischargeable, as are most court costs, etc. that might be awarded by a court. However, there are exceptions. If you would like to give me more details, perhaps I can better determine dischargeability. You can email me or call at 513-621-2201 (Cincinnati ofc) or 859-261-6811 (N. Ky. ofc)
