Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Need Help Finding Copy of Bankruptcy Discharge Papers
I had filed bankruptcy in 1997 and never recieved any discharge papers. Due to the fact that I live in Ohio, and I filed in Texas I was hoping that I could get a copy of the document either locally or online, is that possilbe.

Re: Need Help Finding Copy of Bankruptcy Discharge Papers
Your best bet is to write to the court where you filed in Texas to get those papers. The information might be available electronically via PACER, but I do not think you can get a copy of the discharge order that way.
