Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
If you have been forclosed on your home, and judgment rendered, can you file bankruptcy on that judgment?

As long as the title has not transferred, you can include your home in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and get the protection of the automatic stay. However, you should speak with an attorney ASAP to give him or her as much lead time as possible.
