Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Garnishment and bankruptcy form
My wages are being garnished as a result of a defaulted loan. Should I list on the bankruptcy creditor list the company where the loan was originated or the court that issued the garnishment?

Re: Garnishment and bankruptcy form
You would list the creditor on either Schedule D, E, or F, depending on the nature of the claim.
You would list the court where the garnishment is being taken on the Statement of Financial Affairs.
