Garnishment&pension income
If my wages are garnished by a chapter 13 bankruptcy and then i retire, will my pension income be subject to garnishment also?

You will need to contact the attorney who prepared your Chapter 13 bankruptcy and ask him/her to do a Motion to Modify Chapter 13 plan. Depending on your new income, your Chapter 13 plan could be reduced. Please feel free to call my paralegal at 614-486-7642 if you have any other questions.
