hi...we live in cleveland , ohio. my question is: we have a mortgage with bank of Am, they are know for NOT reaffirming. we would like to keep our home. are ride thru permitted in ohio? because from all i have read about Bank of America, they will let you ride thru...

If you are current on your mortgage payments, you should be able to ride through in a Chapter 7 (assuming you qualify). If you are not current, you will probably have to file a Chapter 13.
