Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
my house was about to be forclosed. We filed for bankruptcy chapter 13.
i didn't pay our mortgage for one year because i thought it was part of the bankruptcy. i received no bills or paperwork to do so.
13 months after that began, i received another forclosure notice for lack of payment the last 12 months.
what are my options?

Generally, working without an attorney in a Chapter 13 is not advisable. As you've learned, there are complexities and pitfalls. If you are proceeding on your own, I would begin by contacting the lender to explain the misunderstanding and see if they would be willing to entertain a workout.
If you do end up losing the house, you should revisit whether you need to stay in a Chapter 13 and could instead convert to a Chapter 7.
