Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
My house is going into foreclosure. If I file bankruptcy, will that affect my ex wife? She was on the deed, but not the loan. Will it affect my current wife's credit?

Hello:
Filing Bankruptcy by itself does not change it will still go into foreclosure. It is a secured debt. As for other debts which she might be liable on, your discharge would mean they would only go after her.
