landlord files bankruptcy
our landlord filed bankruptcy. how long do we have before we have to move out? and do we have to continue to pay rent?

Depends entirely on the circumstances of the case. You should continue to pay rent, but you should contact the landlord's bankruptcy attorney to see where to pay it.
