Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Lawyer's failure to file
My lawyer, after not returning several calls, finally called me and told me that she had lost our file. She said that she assumed her secretary had been working on our bankruptsy case. She offered a refund to us of the $1100.00 that we had given her to file this for us. Now if I lose my house, what action can I take against this lawyer?
