Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Is It Legal / Illegal - after bankruptcy
to refile/resign on a house mortgage - if you surrendered the house during bankruptcy?
The mortgage company is offering to let me resign - but I do not know the legalities. Thanks

If the house has been disposed of by sheriffs sale, why would you want to reaffirm same? What are you being offered that you would want to reassume reposibility for the debt?
