Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
I have a lien on a motorcycle title and the person just filed Chapter 13 in Ohio. I got notice as a creditor. What do I have to do now?

You should file what's referred to as a Proof of Claim. This will set forth what you assert the outstanding debt is and the fact that it's a secured obligation (with the motorcycle as collateral).
