Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Meeting of creditors.
At the meeting of creditors, I forgot my schedules which are needed to answer questions appropriately. Can the trustee continue the meeting or should it have been rescheduled?

Re: Meeting of creditors.
I am not sure what you mean by continue the meeting or rescheduling. It should really be the same thing. I presume you mean the schedules were never filed. The Trustee would likely have told you at the meeting if it was being reset for you to file everything.
The Trustee can do two things: (1) Make a motion with the court to have your case dismissed or (2) Continue the meeting and reschedule it for a later date so you can get the schedules filed.
