Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
What's my next move
Had a ex-man friend take everything. I wrote to you about that about 6-9 months ago. You said get a lawyer. They all laughed at me.
I then joined a debt consolidation service(mistake #2)
they have done nothing for the $2000 I paid them
I'm guessing my next move should be a chapter 13???
Do I need an attorney to do that? Cost is a factor.

You can file a Bankruptcy case pro se, but I would not recommend it.
