Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
What paperwork will I need in court
I am filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case in Youngstown, OH and I am nervious. I need to know what documents, other than the bankruptcy papers, I will need to provide to the courts. Eg: Tax returns, Checking Account statements, Divorce papers, Receipts, etc...

You're going to need deeds to any real property, car titles, documentation for values of 401(k) or retirement plans, valuation documents for life insurance policies, appraisals for jewelry, if any, account statements for all bank accounts covering the date of the petition, divorce papers, etc. All of this should be brought to the first meeting of creditors.
