Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
payments
My husband got laid off from his job and unemployment has stopped there is only my income coming in barely enough to make utilities and rent.What should I do?What will happen if i can't make the payment?

You can contact the unpaid creditors to see if you can work something out with them until things improve. There are also those consumer credit counseling services. Bankruptcy is also available, but I consider it a drastic step, and it should only be used if legal action against you is imminent.
