Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Property
I am considering filing bankruptcy and need to know if I can include my 2nd mortgage (equity loan)in with this? Also is a secured loan something you can put in without losing the personal property attached to it?

Re: Property
All assets and debts must be included in the bankruptcy petition. As to the 2nd mortgage, probably the only way to keep the property is to reaffirm and pay the debt.
