Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
hi. my question is i have recently been discharged from bancruptcy. my attorney told me that i didnt have to reaffirm my debt to ford credit. as long as i continued to make payments they couldnt take the vehicle. well i did this and they came and took it anyway. approximately $1840. he gave me very bad imformation. but he feels hes not responsible for anything. is there anything i can possibly do get any of that money back? thank you very much.

Ford Credit is notorious for not accepting pay-and-retain arrangements. Many of their vehicles are worth less than their loans anyway, so you may be better off just getting a replacement vehicle.
