Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
retaining property
my neighbor filed ch. 7,02/05,and was discharged 05/05; and i purchased his property at a sheriff sale. he now wants to get financing and buy the property back.is this legal???

Only if you wish to sell it to him. A sheriff's sale absolutely extinguishes all right and title which may have resided with the former owner, so the only way he can reacquire the property is to buy it from you.
