Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
The role of the Trustee for Chap. 7 Personal Bankruptcy
I would like to know if a US Bankruptcy Trustee has to file any motions or objections if a personal injury suit is included on the schedule of assets sheet for Chap.7 filing? If so, what does he have to do to make this a possible recoverable asset to the creditors minus the state-allowed deductions?

Re: The role of the Trustee for Chap. 7 Personal Bankruptcy
The trustee will file a motion against the debtor to turn over any peronal injury proceeds he might recover. If the tortfeasor does not cooperate, he might get the bankruptcy court to compel disgorgement.
