Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Save my home
I am a single woman with an annual income of apx. $14,800 before taxes. I live in Ohio. If I file bankruptcy can I keep my house that I started buying late last year as this is my only personal home. Please help me. Thank you. My house is a one family single dwelling.

Normally if you are not behind in your payments AND you can afford to make the payments, you can re-affirm the debt and retain your house.
This is only a guess, since I am in California and I have not seen any of your schedules. The most important schedules would be your income and expense schedules.
Normally, if you can afford the payments AND all of the other monthly expenses (food, utilities, transportation, taxes, insurance, etc) you can keep the house.
I suggest that you seek out a local attorney who specializes in Bankruptcy.
