security interest
I have a question regarding purchase money security interests... I purchased furniture in 2003 and am filing Bk soon... will they come and take my furniture.. or want it back ?

If you want to keep the furniture, you must continue to make the payments. If you file bankruptcy, the creditor will want you to file a reaffirmation agreement and keep payments.
