my spouse and I are both on our deed do we both have to file bankruptcy?
Im considering filing bankruptcy; all the debts are in my name only. Our deed to our property is in both our names. We want to keep our home and assets.I only want to file on my unsecured debt.Do we both have to file banruptcy?
