Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
I got a subpoena,from a lawer to meet at his office,for a past loan I took out in 2000. for documents, do i have to go to that?

If you have filed a bankruptcy case, all collections efforts would be prohibited by the automatic stay -- including any subpoena related to an outstanding debt.
