Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
voluntary reposession before bankruptcy
I want know if I have a commercial semi truck that I am going to turn back over to the leinholder and they sell it for less than what I owe will I be able to file bankruptcy and have the remaining balance included in the bankruptcy

Yes, although you must list the repossession on your Statement of Financial Affairs, and be prepared to explain the circumstances to the trustee.
