Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
can wages be attached
i am going to be fileing bankruptcy in the state of pensylvania. but i have moved and am resideing in ohio. the quistion i have is can just anybody such as suppliers or individules attach my wages why i am waiting for this to happen in pa. please respond
