Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Withdrawal of No asset report by chapter 7 trustee
We just got a letter from the trustee that says ''Notice of Withdrawal of No Asset Report Filed September 23, 2006'' It also says funds have become available for administration--name removed--What exactly does this mean for our bankruptcy? Do we have to do anything? Is our filing in danger? We agreed to purchase a vehicle back for 1000 from the trustee. Is this what it is for? We are so confused. thanks.

Re: Withdrawal of No asset report by chapter 7 trustee
As soon as he gets the money for your vehiclr, that money becomes an asset of the bankruptcy estate. Therefore, a no asset report would no longer be accurate.
