Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
wrong intial on my credit card can i still turn it in on my filing
what if my creditor has my name wrong on my account my first name, i used intitals instead of my full name,,, can i still file it as part of my bankruptcy and also my son let me use his credit card, its my debt can i include that in my filing since its actually my debt

You have no problems turning in any of the debt you describe; however, your son will still be responsible for the credit card charge.
